Has been practicing as an Advocate in High Courts of Delhi, Punjab and Haryana, Bombay and Supreme Court of India since 1985. Has been conducting cases mainly on the civil side. Area of specialization is litigation relating to Finance, power disputes, telecom matters, commercial Arbitrations and matters related to land and infrastructure development. Has conducted more than 2000 cases in the Supreme Court of India relating to all areas including commercial cases, IPR, Contractual obligations, Telecom, Arbitration related, Development of Infrastructure. Conducted cases in Supreme Court Of India, Delhi High Court, Bombay High Court, Allahabad High Court and, various Tribunals and Authorities.

Currently working with Mr. Sanjay Sarin, Advocate, Supreme Court of India for last 10 years.

Have experience in Drafting pleadings, conducting cross examination of witness and appearing and conducting arguments before various Forums. Conducted cases in Consumer Forums, State Commissions, National Commission and High Court and appeared in Arbitration cases also. Conducted cases in Tis Hazari and Karkardooma Courts for Civil and Matrimonial cases. Conducted cases in Supreme Court for Civil Cases and Transfer Petitions. Conducted cases for the Electricity Boards in BIFR and AAIFR Tribunals relating to the revival of sick industrial units in Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh.

Kritika graduated with first class honors from Amity University. Prior to joining an LL.M. programme, she clerked for a High Court judge in India and served as intern to the Registrar of the ICJ.

She supported the Liechtenstein Delegation to the ICC Assembly of States Parties in late 2016 and served as research assistant in relation to a project on commercial arbitration.

She remained Assistant Editor for the Leiden Journal of International Law during her LLM. Adv. (2016-2017).

She has worked as a Judicial Fellow at the International Court of Justice at Den Haag, The Netherlands.

She is currently working with the Max Plank Institute of procedural Law, Luxembourg and is also pursuing her Ph.D. in International Criminal Law.

Vikram Vir Sharda Advocate

Graduated from the Panjab University in the year 2007 and has been in practice ever since. He did a short stint as the LEgal Advisor to the Punjab Police and returne to active practice thereafter.

Primary place of practice is the High Court for the States of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh. Various other Tribunals as well as the District Courts are also located in the city and work is handled there too.

Jaypal Singh the Office Administrator who is responsible for all Court work has over 15 years of experience and is well versed with the complex procedures of filing, inspection, receiving certified copies, calculation and payment of Court fee, attestation of documents and all other numerous complexities that go with the administrative court work.

He is assisted by two younger and experienced persons.
